How to Return or Exchange Your Piece
Follow our simple 4-step concierge return protocol for swift processing.
Initiate Return Request
Contact our Client Concierge at returns@artifydesign.com or via your client account dashboard with your order number.
Receive Prepaid DHL Label
We will generate a prepaid, fully insured express shipping label and customs declaration documents within 4 business hours.
Secure Presentation Packaging
Place the unworn item in its original luxury presentation box with serialized authenticity certificate, tags, and protective packaging.
Atelier Inspection & Refund
Upon arrival at our atelier, our master curators inspect the piece. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method in 3-5 business days.
Return Conditions by Category
To preserve artisanal integrity, returned items must comply with discipline-specific criteria.
Mechanical Timepieces
Must be completely unworn, with all clear sapphire protective films and bracelet link screws intact. Includes original warranty card & wooden presentation box.
Haute Parfumerie Extraits
Must remain unopened in its original tamper-evident cellophane shrink-wrap. We include a complimentary 2ml sample vial with every bottle so you can test before unsealing.
Tailored Wool Bottoms & Denim
Must be unwashed and unworn, with original atelier basting stitches, spare button pouches, and security tags attached.
Artisan Florentine Footwear
Sole must show zero wear or scuffing. Please try shoes on clean carpeted surfaces only. Must include dust bags and shoe box.
Acoustic & Tech Accessories
Must be returned in original packaging with all braided cables, adapters, and magnetic charging cradles undamaged.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom engraved or monogrammed timepieces.
- Unsealed or opened perfume bottles (excluding sample vials).
- Bespoke made-to-measure tailored garments.
- Items marked as Final Archive Sale.
Refund Method & Currency Processing
All approved refunds are credited back to the original method of payment (Credit Card, Apple Pay, PayPal, or Wire Transfer). If an order was purchased using an ARTIFY DESIGN gift certificate or atelier credit, the refund will be credited back to your client account balance.
Please note that depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take 3 to 5 business days after our authorization for the funds to post to your official billing statement.
Exchanges & Sizing Consultations
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, shade, or complementary collection piece, please contact our concierge. We will place a temporary reserve on your requested replacement piece so you do not risk allocation sell-out.
Damaged in Transit or Manufacturing Imperfection
Every creation is hand-inspected and photographed before being sealed in presentation packaging. If an item arrives damaged due to courier mishandling, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a priority replacement and carrier courier pickup at zero cost to you.
